Scott's practice includes trial representation of major automobile and tire manufacturers. He has served as national counsel in automotive and tire product liability cases throughout the United States. He has also represented manufacturers of heavy trucks, scaffolding, lifts, industrial equipment and tools, material handling equipment, appliances, electrical equipment and collision repair equipment.
