NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Major League Gaming (MLG), the professional video game league, is going back to Cali this weekend for the fourth stop of the Pro Circuit competition of the 2009 season. This weekend also marks the second stop of The EA SPORTS Challenge Series which brings competition on EA SPORTS games to the highest levels, with players vying for bragging rights and cash and prizes as they play popular franchise titles including Madden NFL 10, NBA Live 10, and Fight Night Round 4.
A major hot-bed of great gaming skill and fandom, thousands of pro gamers, aspiring competitors and spectators will come together for three days of intense competition and entertainment. Over $70,000 in cash prizes will be awarded during the event.
Admission to both events is just $20 for all three days.
Spectators can see world-class competitive gaming up close, interact with fan favorites during "Play-a-Pro" matches, put their own skills to the test in exhibition matches, participate in merchandise giveaways throughout the weekend, as well as be in the audience for MLG's live broadcasts of Friday Night Kick-Off, ESPN Saturday Night, and MLG Championship Sunday.
