TEXARKANA, Texas, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- TAC Energy, a division of Truman Arnold Companies announces the acquisition of Fuel Managers Incorporated wholesale fuels business effective October 31, 2009. Terms of the sale between the privately held companies are not being disclosed.

TAC Energy will maintain all key sales, operations and customer service staff from FMI. This experienced group will operate from expanded TAC Energy offices in Tulsa, OK and Denver, CO and will be focused on continuing to provide outstanding support and the highest level of service to customers.
