PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2009 HR Department of the Year Awards is a program that was created in 1998 to recognize outstanding human resources departments in the Delaware Valley. The 2009 dinner and awards presentation will be held November 19, 2009 from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crystal Tea Room. Bill Henley, NBC 10's respected meteorologist and "10! Show" co-host will be the master of ceremonies.
