VANCOUVER, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that is has appointed Michael Young as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is hired. Intelimax has accepted the resignation from the former CFO Ping Shen on October 23, 2009 and would like to thank Ms. Shen for her contributions to the Company during her tenure.
Mr. Young has been a Director of the Company since April 28, 2009 and was appointed President and Secretary on May 28, 2009. Mr. Young is also currently CEO and Director of Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. an environmental company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange focusing on reforestation, wood waste utilization and the development of bio-energy products that offset the use of fossil fuels to reduce carbon emissions and generate carbon credits.
From 1994 to present Mr. Young has been helping individuals and businesses achieve both short and long term financial security objectives, acting as an independent consultant. Mr. Young is a graduate of the Certified Financial Planning Education Program from the Financial Advisors Association of Canada and British Columbia Institute of Technology, where he studied Business Administration.
