ANAHEIM, Calif., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SIONIX Corporation , an Anaheim, California based designer and manufacturer of "Safe Water Systems" made for the purification of water for commercial, industrial, and public water treatment applications, today announced that it has named David R. Wells its Chief Administration Officer. SIONIX believes the newly created position will prepare SIONIX for anticipated growth.

John Pavia, the Chairman of SIONIX stated, "David brings a wealth of experience in public company financial reporting, sales and operations to SIONIX, and is a very timely addition to the team at SIONIX. His presence will allow the company to focus on certain transactions and reporting issues, establishing a solid platform for growth."

David R. Wells possesses over 20 years experience in finance, operations and administrative positions. His experience spans several industries including software and technology, supply-chain management, manufacturing and professional services. He earned a BA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Seattle Pacific University, and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. Most recently he was the Chief Financial Officer of Voyant International Corporation.
