Barbie Hatcher brings over seven years of experience in working with developers. Ms. Hatcher's ability to understand her clients' needs led to the customization of CMI's web-based software program as it relates to covenant enforcement and architectural review. Duncan Graham brings years of experience in community management and working with developers. Since beginning with CMI, he has worked with many prominent developers throughout the state. He is currently working with Haseko on Hoakalei, a premier oceanfront destination, which includes single-family homes, townhomes and the first Ernie Els signature golf course. Over the coming years, the development will include a marina, commercial, industrial, hotel, and retail space.
Mr. Graham has worked on multi million dollar budgets that include multiple phases and entities. He has also transitioned numerous properties from the developer to the owners of the homeowner's association. Mr. Graham's ability to anticipate the developers' needs and think in new directions to provide the tools, processes and solutions to meet these needs has been invaluable. He has developed strong relationships with the developers through exemplary customer service, dedication and experience, which is paramount to the success of developments.
