COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Community Partners (Enterprise) today announced that it has selected Anna Gibson to lead its Resource Development Group (RDG), the fund-raising and donor cultivation arm of the organization. Enterprise currently raises an excess of $20 million annually through philanthropic sources. This appointment will further strengthen the organization's outreach in attracting and maintaining donors for its work in the affordable housing and community development field.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Ms. Gibson has led resource development in the nonprofit and government sectors and has an extensive background in the affordable housing and community development field. She joins Enterprise most recently as the chief development officer at ActionAid International USA, a global antipoverty organization. Prior to ActionAid, she served as director of resource development at Homes for Working Families, where she worked with the board of directors to start a multimillion dollar campaign to support policy change at the local, state and federal level. Ms. Gibson also spent six years at The Nature Conservancy overseeing the development and implementation of domestic donor cultivation and stewardship strategies.
