Boastfield has served as the head of Land Development for numerous builders over the last 24 years and has been involved in the acquisition of over 5,000 residential lots, and the physical development of over 3,000 lots in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Mark has processed many raw land entitlements through plat recordation, working with zoning attorneys, planners, and engineers, and subsequently, successfully managed land development budgets exceeding $40 million dollars.
