"1. Last week Identa executives had a very important meeting in Israel with representatives from Earthbound LLC. Much progress has been made in introducing the NEW Drug General Screening Test Kit to the drugstore and retail chains.

We have been informed that two of the largest American chains are ready to start the process of placing the new detector on the shelves of their stores. The names of the chains will be released when the negotiations are finished.

Identa Corp and Earthbound LLC will have a very important high level meeting in mid-November with one of the two drug store chains.

2. Identa Corp has participated last week at the ISDEF 2009 ISRAEL DEFENSE EXHIBITION www.isdef.co.IL

3. Jant Pharmacal Corporation (Accutest) - Identa's representative in the USA, will participate starting tomorrow at the 2009 Explosives Detection (ED) Symposium and Workshop -San Diego (booth 707)

This international symposium and workshop provides a venue for US and allied Governments, academia and industry to share information, develop partnerships, advance technology, provide first responder training and demonstrate capabilities in the area of explosives detection. Participants include; first responders, government sponsors, and policy and standards setting organizations from Federal, State and Local governments, as well as military agencies.

The US Government sponsors of this event are bringing together an outstanding and diverse group of scientists, industry professionals, academics and end-users for four days of discussion and invaluable interaction including an exhibit hall training session."
