LOS ANGELES, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- M West Holdings, LLC announces the appointment of a Senior Portfolio Manager and Building Engineer to oversee its Tampa portfolio. Sue Ellen Sexton and Eddie Davis will be based in Tampa and will bring a superior level of property management and building maintenance to the Florida portion of M West's portfolio.

Ms. Sexton joins M West as Senior Property Manager and will be responsible for the management of M West's executive office and medical buildings in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Sexton brings real estate expertise and a diverse set of high level property management skills, such as the ability to supervise tenant and building improvements, to interface with tenant executives and to address vital deferred maintenance issues. Ms. Sexton possesses over 11 years of property management experience in the Central Business District of Tampa. Her experience consists of managing Class A commercial office space, industrial parks and overseeing all tenant and building issues. Ms. Sexton also brings tremendous knowledge of Tampa commercial vendors and building service providers. M West anticipates Ms. Sexton's experience will elevate the financial performance of the assets via changes to the management strategy, through the retention of existing tenants, and through improved marketing to new tenants.
Eddie Davis joined the M West team as Lead Building Engineer for the Tampa portfolio. Mr. Davis has over 14 years of building engineering and maintenance experience and is experienced in the supervision of building maintenance staff. Mr. Davis is responsible for overseeing all building systems including HVAC, vertical transportation and fire life safety. Prior to joining M West, Sue Ellen Sexton and Eddie Davis had previously worked together for 9 years. The appointment of Ms. Sexton and Mr. Davis together will bring an enhanced level of expertise to the M West portfolio.
