HOUSTON, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- PKF Texas Director of Entrepreneurial Advisory Services (EAS), Byron Hebert, CPA, CTP, has been elected chair of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Hebert will serve a two year term beginning October 1, 2009. He previously served on the board as the Vice Chair - Small Business Development.
