WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, October 14, the American Muslim Taskforce on Civil Rights and Elections (AMT), a coalition of major national Islamic organizations, will host an "Interfaith Hearing About Universal Health Care" on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

The hearing, which will include presentations by Christian, Muslim, Jewish, and Buddhist leaders and by members of Congress, is designed to mobilize support for "genuine health care reform."
