With over 12 years of Internet and direct marketing experience, Jenkins-Lipp will lead Hydra's internal creative team in developing, producing and optimizing campaigns on behalf of various clients.

Online, and New Line Cinema to name a few. Previously, Jenkins-Lipp was Director of Marketing for Intermix, one of the largest Internet entertainment and media networks. During her tenure she was responsible for the digital marketing efforts for MySpace, Hydroderm, CupidJunction.com plus many others. Leading a team of graphic designers, content developers, analysts and programmers; Jenkins-Lipp consistently exceeded multi-million dollar revenue goals. Jenkins-Lipp held several other management positions working with clients like Wal-Mart, TiVo, and Yahoo leading effective online and offline marketing strategies, implementing data mining, CRM, RFM and other testing measures across the businesses.
