JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Incepture, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Earnie Franklin as president of Incepture, effective Sept. 28, 2009. In addition to oversight of all operational aspects of Incepture, Franklin will be accountable for long-term planning and identification and implementation of the company's growth strategies.
Franklin comes to Incepture from TriServ Alliance, LLC where he served as the senior vice president and chief information officer. In this role, he was responsible for the leadership of the information technology and security organization and was a key member of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Franklin served in various leadership positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF), including vice president of Enterprise Strategy and Architecture, vice president CRM Business Solutions, and several other technology and business functions. He brings more than 20 years of health care and technology experience to Incepture.
Franklin holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and serves as the chairman for the IT Florida Board of Directors. He is an active member of the United Way of Northeast Florida Leadership Circle and a member of the organization's Tocqueville Society.
