TUCSON, Ariz., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Anything Brands Online, Inc. announced today that it has a signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of a competitive online retailer of Automotive & Industrial Tools & Equipment. The completion of this acquisition is subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive acquisition agreement, the completion of legal and financial due diligence and customary closing conditions. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before June 30, 2008.
