Shalzi, who joined the company in 1997, has served most recently as its Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. "Larry will assume responsibility for all day-to-day operations and will concentrate on expanding dcVAST's focus in the area of managed services," said company founder Don Swanson, whom Shalzi succeeds as president.
