KCLS Library receives AGC Award

The King County Library System's new Snoqualmie Library will receive a 2008 Build Washington Award from the AGC (Associated General Contractors of Washington), a trade association that represents and provides services to the commercial construction industry. KCLS Revised NewsRoom Official Launch June 1, 2008

"Catch the Reading Bug" at the KCLS Summer Reading Program

There's something for everyone in the KCLS summer reading program. School-age kids will enjoy the icky, creepy world of bugs and bug-related activities. A special early-reader activity program will keep parents and toddlers actively building skills needed to be ready to read when school begins. And teens can read to earn free books through the summer Read Three, Get One Free program. The summer programs launch June 16. Look for full details online at www.kcls.org in June.
