Over the course of his career, Aaselund has managed the successful deployment of CRM technologies from a number of vendors, including salesforce.com, Microsoft and Onyx Software. He applied this expertise to the development of a unique method for improving the performance of customer-facing business processes. This approach, which was branded and marketed as "Turning Point," became the basis for Acetta's core service and helped differentiate the firm from its technology-centric customers.

Prior to founding Acetta, Aaselund was a senior technical consultant at Onyx Software, where he developed extensions for Onyx customer management software and implemented CRM solutions customers in the health care, financial services and technology sectors.
