SEATTLE, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, today announced that Christian Aaselund, a co-founder of Acetta LLC (www.acetta.com) a Seattle-based consulting firm has joined West Monroe Partners as a director in its Seattle office.

Founded in 2000, Acetta served clients across a broad range of industries and in both the United States and Canada, including The Regence Group, during its seven years in business. Under Aaselund's leadership, Acetta earned a reputation for helping its clients improve visibility and clarity in their operations by applying leading customer relationship management (CRM) and business process improvement principles. He will apply these areas of expertise to help West Monroe Partners extend its growing reputation in the Pacific Northwest, particularly in the financial services industry.

Over the course of his career, Aaselund has managed the successful deployment of CRM technologies from a number of vendors, including salesforce.com, Microsoft and Onyx Software. He applied this expertise to the development of a unique method for improving the performance of customer-facing business processes. This approach, which was branded and marketed as "Turning Point," became the basis for Acetta's core service and helped differentiate the firm from its technology-centric customers.

He began his career as a systems engineer with Bank of America. Aaselund earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in information systems from the University of Washington.
