Solomon Expands Advisory Board

DANBURY, Conn., May 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Solomon Technologies, Inc. today announced the addition of Nasser H. Kutkut, Ph.D. to its corporate Advisory Board. Dr. Kutkut is a well known inventor, designer and expert in the fields of energy storage, high power density power supplies and intelligent, rapid battery charging technologies used in industrial and commercial applications. Dr. Kutkut will be responsible for providing support to the company's technical and market thrust in the alternative energy and motive power fields, including hybrid electric vehicles.

Dr. Kutkut is the founder and CEO of Madison, Wisconsin based Power Designers, LLC, a power electronics company specializing in the development and manufacturing of battery management products. He served as past Senior Scientist at Soft Switching Technologies and has been the inventor/co-inventor of numerous patents with over 15 years of experience in a variety of high technology arenas. He has authored many papers and presentations on various battery charging, monitoring and maintenance topics and has spoken at numerous international conferences and events. He has a B.S.E.E. from Jordan University of Science & Technology; a M.S.E.E from the University of Illinois; and a Ph.D. and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
