Holcim to Sponsor Welcome Reception at AIA Convention

BOSTON, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Holcim (US) Inc. will be the principal sponsor of the "Welcome to Boston" reception at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) annual convention, which runs from May 15-17 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The reception is the kick-off event for the convention and will be held at the new Institute of Contemporary Arton Wednesday, May 14th, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Boston Society of Architects (BSA), Governor Deval Patrick and Mayor Thomas M. Menino are co-hosting the event, and the governor, mayor and AIA president Marshall Purnell will address the attendees.

In addition to sponsoring the kick-off reception, Holcim is the sponsor for the Dunkin' Donuts refreshment program for the convention.
