Associated Estates Realty Corporation Appoints Vice President of Corporate Communications

CLEVELAND, May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Associated Estates Realty Corporation announced today that Kimberly Kanary has rejoined the Company and has been appointed Vice President of Corporate Communications.

Kanary had previously worked at AEC as Manager of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, prior to joining National City Bank as Assistant Vice President, Retail Communications. At National City, Kim was responsible for the execution of communications strategies to support key retail and business line objectives. She is experienced in public and media relations, community relations and internal communications; her primary role at AEC will be to champion strategic, integrated communication for all constituencies.
