Colgan, a CPA, is a Partner in SMART and Associates' Accounting and Audit practice and a Managing Director with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting. (Through an alternative practice structure with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC, SMART and Associates, LLP offers a full range of attest services.) Colgan has more than 19 years of experience working with public and middle market companies in the manufacturing, distribution, life science, and printing/publishing industries. Formerly a Controller and Treasurer for a $45 million commercial printer and direct mailhouse, and Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen, Colgan is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University and is a board member for Eagles Fly for Leukemia.

Melinson, a Managing Director with more than 14 years of experience, specializes in State and Local Tax consulting, planning, and compliance. Formerly a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Melinson is the President of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), an adjunct professor at Philadelphia University's Masters of Taxation program, and a member of the City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue Commissioner's Tax Advisory Committee. Melinson earned his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and his Masters in Taxation from Villanova University.

Tasman is a Managing Director in SMART's Real Estate Solutions practice. He brings more than 18 years of experience designing and implementing world-class business process management and technology solutions for commercial real estate clients and related clients in financial and professional services. Tasman's industry expertise also includes healthcare, professional services, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining SMART, Tasman worked for Andersen, leading consulting engagements and shared service center project implementation efforts for large nationally recognized REITs. Previously, Tasman was an IT Director for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. He earned both his undergraduate and Masters degrees from Duke University.
