HydraLogic Announces the Appointment of New V.P. of Finance and C.F.O.

TORONTO, May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - HydraLogic Systems Inc. ("HydraLogic" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of John P. Hamilton as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2008.

Peter Wright, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2006, will work closely with John to ensure a smooth transition. "We appreciate Peter's financial leadership over the past two years, and his many important contributions to HydraLogic's growth" said Beckley. "John Hamilton brings strong leadership and systems implementation experience. His demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiencies, and building shareholder value will be put to good use in HydraLogic's ongoing efforts in achieving sustained profitability."


Mr. Hamilton has more than 30 years of financial and corporate experience with leading manufacturing, mining and distribution companies. John holds an Honours Degree in Commerce (HB. Comm.), a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified General Accountant (CGA).
