Asbury Automotive Group Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per share of the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2008, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 19, 2008.
