Jeffrey Gural serves as chairman of Newmark Knight Frank, which manages approximately 150 buildings in the New York metropolitan area. He is directly responsible for all acquisitions and the managing and leasing of 8 million square feet of property, comprising his family portfolio and properties that he and Newmark Knight Frank's principals own. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank in 1972, Gural was an executive at Morse-Diesel Construction Co., where he was responsible for the supervision and construction of more than 1 million square feet of office space in Manhattan.
Both honorees have shown exemplary philanthropic dedication. Gosin serves on the board of F.E.G.S. Health and Human Services System, a UJA-Federation beneficiary agency, and Gural is president of the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation's New York chapter, is chairman of the "I Have a Dream" Foundation of New York, and serves on the board of numerous other local nonprofits.
