In her new position, Binns will focus on giving clients a deeper understanding of the consumer from a variety of perspectives, including connections among brands, media, and consumer attitudes and actions. Her work will include:
-- strategic solutions in the development of new product and service offerings -- deepening client understanding of their most important and profitable target consumers and customers -- helping companies anticipate and profit from emerging consumer and societal trends
Before joining Knowledge Networks, Binns was Division President of Harris Interactive's Healthcare Practice. As leader of the Harris Interactive/Wall Street Journal Healthcare Poll, Binns also was a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Earlier at Harris Interactive, Binns was responsible for public policy and education research.
