DuPont Names Manring Vice President of Technology for Coatings & Color Technologies

WILMINGTON, Del., May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DuPont has named Lewis E. Manring as vice president of technology for its Coatings & Color Technologies business segment. Manring will oversee research and development globally for the segment, which includes DuPont Titanium Technologies and DuPont Performance Coatings.
Manring, 53, joined DuPont in 1984 as a research scientist at the Experimental Station, the company's global R&D headquarters here. He has served in a variety of business and scientific leadership positions in the company's engineering polymers and nonwovens businesses and in central research and development. Most recently, he was global technology director for Coatings & Color Technologies.
