Brett Hunsaker Joins Grubb & Ellis Company as Executive Vice President, Business Development

SANTA ANA, Calif., May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Grubb & Ellis Company , a leading real estate services and investment firm, today announced that Brett Hunsaker, who has established a reputation for increasing sales through his strong business development and client relationship skills, has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Business Development, effective immediately.

Based in Atlanta, Hunsaker will be responsible for overseeing the Company's business development, marketing and training programs for its Transaction Services business and ensuring that these efforts support the Company's integrated go-to-market strategy.

Hunsaker joins Grubb & Ellis from CB Richard Ellis, where he was Senior Managing Director. As one of CB Richard Ellis' market leaders and head of its ownership services business in Atlanta, he was responsible for more than 50 property management, agency brokerage and investment sales producers.
