"We are seeing the results of Electrolux's commitment to extensive product, service, application training, and marketing support," says Charles Jones, Jr., President and CEO of CMARK. "This level of support becomes critical when we engage in the complete design and build of food facility projects and is even more critical when we become involved in the actual food operation."
During Hurricane Katrina Electrolux supported CMARK throughout the gulf coast with not only product delivery in a matter of days, but on site service support in extreme conditions to ensure food operations serving over 500,000 meals where at many times there was no alternative food service options available. CMARK International was Electrolux dealer of the year in 2006.
Electrolux's support facilities in Italy and Florida, including extensive showroom and product demonstration kitchens have been extremely valuable to CMARK's project management and engineering staff, as well as its customers. Their comprehensive product and service program and the resulting customer acceptance of Electrolux has become a critical element in CMARK's final product.
"In addition to our government efforts, we are now extending our food facility design-build efforts in the private sector in the San Diego marketplace where we feel our institutional customers will appreciate this total product offering," Mr. Jones added.
