Knowledge Networks Broadens Custom Research Teams With Three Key Hires

MENLO PARK, Calif., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowledge Networks (KN) has expanded the depth and expertise of its client service teams with the announcement of key hires in three of its offices. Erica Wiegel Desroches joins as Vice President, based in New York; Bittie Behl-Chada joins as Associate Vice President, located in Needham, MA; and Tristan Gaiser was named Associate Vice President, based in Chicago.

Most recently Vice President and Director at InsightExpress, Desroches has nearly 20 years' experience in marketing and market research. She has also worked at TNS NFO, IBM and DDB Needham Worldwide Advertising. Desroches holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and a Ph.D. in Marketing Communication, both from the University of Connecticut.

Behl-Chada has 10 years of research experience, having held positions with MaPS, Yankolovich Monitor, and National Analysts. She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from Brown University.

Gaiser comes to KN with over 8 years' experience from the BASES division of The Nielsen Company, where, as Account Director, he opened the company's office in Brazil and led some of the organization's largest consumer packaged goods accounts. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Music degree from Oberlin College and Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
